Join me on Saturday mornings for Hot Prana Vinyasa! Beginning January 14th, I’ll be teaching a weekly Prana Vinyasa class at @womanspacerockford from 10-11 AM. 🤍 I have some limited availability for private yoga sessions! We will spend some time on body awareness and breath work followed by a fun and challenging Vinyasa flow! Come do yoga with me. ❤️ Join me for this 90-minute art and yoga workshop in the Rockford Art Museum main gallery on November 9th from 6-7:30 PM. First, you will learn more about the museum’s feature exhibition with a brief guided tour by Rockford Art Museum’s Assistant Curator, Frances Downey. Then you will be guided through a meditation followed by a gentle, vinyasa style yoga practice suitable for all ability levels. This workshop is perfect for those who’ve always wanted to try yoga, those who have some experience, and anyone who wants to make more space for art and wellness in their lives. Participants are required to bring their own mats. See link in bio to register. Starting tomorrow, I’m bringing back virtual Yin & Yoga Nidra! 8 PM - 9 PM CT. We will begin with 10 minutes of breath control exercises followed by 30 minutes of Yin, postures which apply moderate pressure to the connective tissues held for 3-5 minutes. We will end with Yoga Nidra or sleep meditation in Savasana. See link in bio to register! I’m doing a mini-camp over Winter break for the little littles! This is my very favorite thing I get to do.
